• All Sessions with Deanne are subject to availability

 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation made 48 hours in advance are eligible for full refund

• Late cancellation or no-show will not be refunded

• Request for rescheduling must be made 48 hours in advance

Session Duration

• Please arrive on time to ensure the full healing experience

 

Heath considerations

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions or concerns before the session.

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services based on health conditions

 

Payment

• Deposit is required on the day of booking appointment with Zelle or Venmo, there is an option to pay in full. If you opt. to pay the deposit the remainder will be charged the day of appointment.

 

Refunds

• Refunds will be be processed within 7 - 10 business days in accordance with our cancellation policy

 

Hold Harmless

You agree to not hold Serenity Healing or Deanne Sarabia liable for any personal loss or cost incurred by you (or any person related to you). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Serenity Healing or Deanne Sarabia in the event of any such claim. Except as expressly provided in this agreement, Serenity Healing or Deanne Sarabia will have no liability to you. This agreement reflects the entire understanding and agreement between you and Serenity Healing or Deanne Sarabia, regarding the matters contained in this agreement.
